The International Conference on Management and Technology in Knowledge, Service, Tourism & Hospitality has long history. It started on 2013 in Jakarta Indonesia and attracted many papers submission. The sucess story was continue on the 2nd SERVE that held in Jakarta. On SERVE 2014, there is increase significant paper submission. The SERVE continue on year 2015 for the 3rd times in Bandung Indonesia. The SERVE continue on year 2016 for the 4th times in Jakarta- Indonesia and Vladimir State University – Russia.
Information technology is an important need of modern era, any organization without IT is considered incomplete, information management, service management and web intelligent are important components of IT technology, now are playing more important role in modern society. Shortly, Information management is the collection and management of information from one or more sources and the distribution of that information to one or more audiences, which control over the planning, structure and organization, controlling, processing, evaluating and reporting of information activities in order to meet client objectives and to enable corporate functions in the delivery of information. And Service Management focuses to optimize the service-intensive supply chains that are integrated into supply chain management as the intersection between the actual sales and the customer. Web Intelligent also is applied for e-business and information management, it is the research of the application of artificial intelligence and information technology on the web in order to create the next generation of products, services and frameworks based on the internet.
The 5th International Conference on Management and Technology in Knowledge, Service, Tourism & Hospitality 2017 (SERVE 2017), provides such a platform for all researchers, enterprisers and students to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.
SERVE 2017 will be featuring invited speakers who will further explore this topic that is so significant for management. Concurrent sessions and a poster session will cover a wide range of topics and issues, including both contributed papers and special sessions developed on specific themes. The conference has so far been an important event and has attracted many scientists, engineers and researchers from academia, government laboratories, and industry internationally.
The conference will highlight on research topics that cover every discipline in all fields of social science, economics and arts. The conference topic areas especially focus on such disciplines as language, cultural studies, Economics, Behavior Studies, political sciences, media and communication, psychology and human development, etc.

2. The Upgrade version of Registered Papers from SERVE 2017 in the areas of Knowledge , Small Medium Enterprise and Internet Services will be published in Special Issue on International Journal of Knowledge Management (IJKM) ISSN: 1548-0666|EISSN: 1548-0658|DOI: 10.4018/IJKM that indexed in SCOPUS.
3.
